Accommodation

At Residential Services we provide accommodation for almost 3400 students. We recognise the importance of accommodation in the success of each and every student and take great effort to ensure that all of our accommodation provides a welcoming, secure and supportive environment.
Most of our rooms are provided in a range of purpose built residences which enable you to select the student accommodation that best meets your requirements. You can choose en-suite or shared bathroom facilities; part-catered or self-catered; on or off campus. We have accommodation designated to disabled students, postgraduates and students with families; we also help students wishing to live together in a Welsh speaking community. We endeavor to keep our standards high.
Additionally Residential Services has a dedicated team that manage local private properties on behalf of local landlords. Since we only accept properties of the highest standards, they are very popular with students who value the independence of living in the private sector yet appreciate the reassurance of a highly reputable manager of the property. We place significant importance on student welfare. Residents are aided by a network of interlinked support services. These services range from 24hour security staff to in-house student Welfare Wardens; from a dedicated Police Officer to Cleaners who are happy to stop and chat about the problems of the day. Students who do not live in University accommodation are strongly encouraged to make use of our expertise and drop in for housing advice and support.
